Born in Brazil, Cristhiano moved to Spain to pursue his studies in 2004. While in Spain, Cristhiano’s passion for training and working-out grew, leaving behind his love for capoeira and motor sports, to really focus on the gym. Weighing 60kgs for a 6ft1 height, Cristhiano launched himself into gym life and by trying new workouts, taking advice from peers; with a nutritional diet and consistency he began to see results.

In 2008, Cristhiano moved to London to study English and continue his nutrition and personal training qualifications. In 2012, Cristhiano graduated from Premier Training International as a Level 3 Personal Trainer.

When embarking on a plan with a new client, he takes into account everything about the person; not just their body, but also their mind, spirit and sense of humour.

Cristhiano uses a variety of time efficient methods, a diet tailored to the individual and goal oriented exercises to get his client results without spending hours and hours in the gym. And he knows from experience that an exercise is only as good as how it is being performed. It is not what you do, it is how you do it!

Cristhiano takes his own physique seriously too, competing in major fitness competitions in the UK. In 2014, he competed in the fitness federation T.F.E. UK and placed, becoming part of the fitness model UK pro athletes. In 2015, Cristhiano placed 6th out of 27 in the “Over 178cm Men’s Physique” at the UK BFF Nationals as well as qualifying for the British Finals.

Cristhiano always says, “Fitness goes far beyond just making you look good, it improves health and well-being, quality of life, self-esteem and self-concept. I believe fitness should be fun and enjoyable, something to look forward to and something that leaves you feeling satisfied and successful.”

After spending years acquiring a strong customer service background, I decided to follow my passion and begin a career in fitness.

I had the tremendous privilege of studying a Personal Training Course where I was tutored by Premier Global trainers. I wish to share my knowledge with those wishing to receive my training.

My background in-group fitness has allowed me to draw from multiple disciplines in designing workout programs that are varied, unique and focused and fun, with the fundamental principles of nutrition covered.

Being mentored, trained and mentally disciplined by the Boss himself, Cristhiano Marques CEO of FSM, has given me the ability to take all on board and incorporate all techniques knowledge, enthusiasm and work ethic into my training.

From my own experience in weight loss, I started training from an early stage and like most of us at first, new very little about what really was the correct way to train, diet and live a healthy lifestyle.

I Believe Weight training is fundamental and no, it wont make you Bulky, It will make you sexy! My way of training consists of making you as a client feel stronger, fitter more confident and overall look incredible.

By creating individual tailored programs and sharing experience and moral support, I am here to help you as a client, achieve your goals.
